Tile is a beautiful and durable floor covering in your home but unfortunately, over time tile and grout lines attract and show dirt.  Much of the dirt gets trapped below the surface in the pores of the grout. 

We use specialized equipment and cleaning agents that dissolve and force the dirt out of the uneven texture of the tile and grout.  Our trained technicians will restore the beauty of your tile and grout, safely and gently.  After cleaning your tile and grout we can apply a sealant that will help prevent future staining your grout.

Pre-Conditioning & High Pressure Cleaning and Rinse – All tile areas will be treated with a specialty non detergent cleaning agent designed to lift soil from tile and grout.  We will then clean and rinse tile and grout with a 1,200 psi enclosed power washer to remove the soil.

Clear Water Rinse – Clear water rinse all tiled areas. This will flush both soil and the cleaning agents from the tile and grout lines.

Grout Sealing - Our sealers are a water based formula that quickly bonds to grout lines helping it resist stains.  Grout sealer will generally last 2-3 years in most applications.
